The composition is excellent. Link is just perfectly centred and that golden frame really describes him as a noble figure.

The quality of the artwork is outstanding. The linework is so neat, yet organic, and the texture has just the right amount of depth. The quality of the artwork really matches the seriousness of Link's expression. Both are crystal clear and immediately grasp the viewer.

The background is so elegantly done. The patterns are so amazingly crisp and detailed, they are worthy of being wallpaper for the richest of museums. The colours too are a nice contrast to Link. Having a natural colour scheme of green and brown, but saturated to make Link stand out.

If Hyrule was a real place, they would want this in their throne room.

Vision: I can easily tell you went for the serious, hardened by battles yet youthful hero. You captured that very well. Especially with the breeze
Originality: You get bonus points for not drawing him official style or bishie. Very rare among TP Link fanarts.
Technique: While some places are amazing (such as the background pattern which matches perfectly), it gets distracted by that chainmail pattern. It brings the whole thing down due to its flatness and it looks like a lazy shortcut (sorry).
Where is the orange light source? Looking by the tunic it's coming from the front left, a glance at the hair suggests it's from top right from the hat it's back right. It needs to be more consistent. How come the hair is shinier than the metal? It should be the opposite.
Impact: I think the hat should be behind the oval, it breaks the balance of the composition. You could have pushed the dynamic lighting a bit more for the 'epic' effect.
Hope you keep these in mind for your next drawings. Enjoy your critique!
